Growing Requirements

Will tolerate full sun but best results are achieved when the plant is given some protection.

Characteristics

Mid green to red, edged with bright red. In the cooler months the new growth is flushed with pink to red. As the leaves mature the colouring changes to red with flashes of bright red towards the tips of the leaves. The petioles are marked with bright pink/red. The margins of the medium to large leaves are moderately undulated. The tips of the leaves may turn down. The foliage is held fairly erect
