Growing Requirements
Requires protection from any hot sun. Shadehouse conditions are ideal.
Characteristics
Dark green edged purple. In the cooler months the new growth is flushed with deep purple. The petioles are marked with purple. The margins of the rather long leaves are slightly to moderately undulated. Sections of the outer edges of some leaves may roll up and in towards the midrib. The petioles are rather long. The newer growth is held fairly erect.
