Growing Requirements

While the hard texture of the leaves does allow this cultivar to tolerate more light than most other orange varieties it will bleach if grown in full sun.

Characteristics

Mid green edged orange. In the cooler months the new growth is flushed with shades of apricot to orange. The colour darkens as the leaves mature. The petioles are marked with orange. The margins of the medium to large leaves are slightly to moderately undulated. The leaf texture is hard and leathery. The Fruit is Orange.

History

Very similiar to the variety sold as 'King's Ransom'.
