Growing Requirements

Prefers a well-lit situation offering the plant protection from the hot sun.

Characteristics

Mid green, finely edged with red. The older leaves sometimes aging to red. In the cooler months the upper surface of the new growth is flushed soft pink. The reverse is bright pink. The colour changes to dark pink as the leaves mature. The margins of the medium to large leaves are slightly to broadly undulated. The tips of some leaves may turn down. The midrib is well defined.
