Growing Requirements

Prefers a well-lit situation offering the plant protection from the hot sun.

Characteristics

Shiny mid/dark green to maroon edged with bright pink. In the cooler months the new growth is flushed with shades of bright pink. The petioles are marked with pink/red. The winter colouring may change to lavender/pink during the season. The margins of the medium size leaves are slightly to moderately undulated. Sections of the outer edges of the leaves may roll up and in towards the midrib.
