Characteristics
Mid to dark green overlaid and edged with red. In the cooler months the new growth is flushed with a bright mid pink The petioles are marked with red/pink. The margins of the large rather round leaves are moderately to broadly undulated. The outer edges may cup up. The tips usually turn down. The midrib is well defined. The petioles are rather short.
