Prefers a well-lit situation offering the plant protection from the hot sun.

Characteristics

Mid to dark green edged with pink. In the cooler months the new growth is flushed with shades of bright pink. The midrib of the newer leaves are usually marked with green. The petioles are marked with pinkThe margins of the medium to large leaves are moderately to broadly undulated. The outer edges of the newer growth may turn up. Sections of the outer edges of some older leaves turn down. The tips usually turn down.
