Characteristics
Dark red, edged bright pink/red. In the cooler months the newest growth is flushed with a purplish red. The petioles are marked with red. In some areas the winter colour may change to a dark pinkish red during the season. The margins of the medium size leaves are slightly undulated. The outer edges of the newer growth may cup up slightly. The foliage is rather stiffly held.
