Characteristics

Mid green edged with pink. In the cooler months, the new growth is flushed with rose pink and cream. The petioles are marked with pink. The leaves are Intermediate/Juno. The margins of the medium to large leaves are moderately to broadly undulated. The outer edges of the newer growth may cup up slightly. The tips turn down.

History

The correct name is reported to be 'Rainbow Juno'. This cultivar has also been marketed in Hawaii as 'Bolero'. In Australia, it is most commonly known as 'Hawaiian Rose', but it has also been sold as 'Bolero', 'Juno Rainbow' and 'Rosie'.
