Growing Requirements

Prefers a well-lit situation offering the plant some protection from the hot sun.

Characteristics

Mid green overlaid and marked with red. In the cooler months the new growth is flushed a dusky soft pink on the upper surface of the leaves. The reverse is a bright powder pink. The petioles are marked with bright pink. The margins of the medium to large leaves are moderately to broadly undulated. The outer margins of the new growth may be slightly turned up, whilst on the older foliage they may turn down. The new leaves are held erect.
