Growing Requirements

Will tolerate a lot of sun but prefers a well-lit situation offering some protection.

Characteristics

Bronze green to maroon (mature leaves may be bright red in sunny conditions). In the cooler months the new growth is flushed a bright rose pink. The petioles are marked with pink. The margins of the medium size leaves are moderately undulated. The very tips of the leaves turn down. The outer edges may cup up.
