Growing Requirements

Tolerates full sun but best results are obtained when the plant is given some protection.

Characteristics

Mid green heavily marked and edged with red. In the cooler months the new growth is flushed with shades of pink. The colour darkens as the leaves mature. The petioles are marked with red. The margins of the large leaves are moderately undulated. The outer edges may turn up (more obvious on the newer growth). The tips usually turn down.
