Growing Requirements
Prefers a well-lit situation offering the plant some protection from the hot sun.
Characteristics
Maroon edged with bright pink to red. In the cooler months the new growth is flushed with a bright dark pink. The petioles are marked with pink/red. The margins of the medium to large pointed leaves are moderately to broadly undulated. Sections of the outer edges of some leaves may cup up slightly. More obvious on the newer growth. The tips usually turn down.
