Growing Requirements

Prefers a well-lit situation offering the plant protection from the hot sun.

Characteristics

Mid to dark green with dark red overtones. The margins are marked with red. In the cooler months the new growth may be flushed with shades of pink to red. The petioles are marked with red. The margins of the medium to large leaves are slightly to moderately undulated. The outer edges may turn up slightly (more obvious on the newer growth). The tips usually turn down.
