Growing Requirements

Requires good light with protection from the hot sun and strong winds.

Characteristics

A soft pale bronze green, edged pink. In the cooler months the new growth is a pale powder puff pink. In shadier conditions the base colour is lettuce green. The petioles are usually marked with pink. The margins of the medium size leaves are slightly undulated. The tips may turn down. The leaf texture is rather thin.

History

A sport frequently produced by 'Morning Sunshine', both naturally and during Tissue Culture. Recently marketed as 'Haute Couture'.
