Growing Requirements

Prefers a well-lit situation offering the plant some protection from the hot sun.

Very similiar to the a young specimen of the Australian cultivar 'I'm Blushing'. The foliage is slightly smaller and tends to remain more erect.

Characteristics

Mid green, finely edged dark pink. In the cooler months the new growth is flushed with mid pink. The colour darkens as the leaves mature. The petioles are edged with dark pink. In bright light the older leaves may be heavily overlaid with red. The margins of the small to medium size leaves are moderately undulated. The outer edges of the newer growth may turn up slightly. The foliage is held fairly erect. The leaves are of a thick texture.
