Growing Requirements

Prefers a well-lit situation offering the plant some protection from the hot sun.

Characteristics

Mid green edged with bright pink. In the cooler months the upper surface of the new growth is flushed with soft pink. The reverse is a bright lipstick pink. The colour darkens as the leaves mature. The petioles are edged with bright pink. Intermediate. The margins of the medium size leaves have slight to moderate undulation. The outer edges of the new growth tend to roll under, whilst on some the more mature foliage they may turn up. A sport from 'Rosemount Red'.
