Growing Requirements

Prefers a well-lit situation offering the plant protection from the direct sun.

Characteristics

Light to mid green. The margins are edged with pink/red and white. In the cooler months the new growth is white with tinges of pink. The petioles are edged with pink and white. The margins of the medium to long leaves are broadly undulated. The older foliage is carried in an arching fashion. The fruit is creamy white.

History

The cultivars 'Snow Storm', 'Snow White' and 'Snowman' have all at one time been sold as 'Pulchella'.
